Coffee Mill is a cute caffe place right across from the Abbey Resort in Fontana WI. Coffee was great but my favorite was the baked oatmeal with cranberries and fresh yogurt. Place is clean and the staff is super friendly.

I'm here every Tuesday, unless I'm running too late for coffee. I get kind of random things, but the baristas are really nice, and even though I'm not chatty like a lot of the other patrons, the owner always recognises me (and the staff often remember I like almond milk when I forget to mention it). Everyone in the house LOVES the Coffee Mill and sometimes I have to fend them off with sticks if I don't have time to bring coffee back to the house before going to class. Decor is relaxed but trendy; a hipster would be fine with it, but it isn't trying too hard. They've got Anodyne coffee, which is very nice and tasty, and not burnt tasting like some chains' (cough Starbucks cough) Also, did I mention the fact that you just stick your rewards card in a little filing box? It's so nice and feels so friendly and cozy that you can just leave it there to wait for you. It's impossible to be sad or grumpy in the Coffee Mill, even when you have to deal with Southern Wisconsin weather and haven't had your coffee yet.

Love the Coffee Mill! They carry my favorite (and hard to find) Jasmine tea and have THE BEST baked oatmeal! Plus, the Mill started a darling Farmer's Market outside in their courtyard on Saturday mornings. Thank you! Staff is top-notch -- so friendly, and really know their way around an espresso machine!

This place was voted the best coffee shop in the county and I have to say, I can see why. Full disclosure: I own a coffee shop/cafe (in the same county, actually) and I'm very picky about coffee. The atmosphere is adorable. Small, comfy, and industrial-chic. I loved the basket and coffee carafe light fixtures, the chalk board menus, and the mixed material tables and chairs. The menu is strictly coffee (from Anodyne in mke), tea from Rishi (also mke), and a few compliments. One of the reasons I think this place is so great is their focus on what they do well. My order was tricky: a double short breve for me and a single, decaf, iced almond milk, half sweet raspberry latte with whipped cream for my daughter. The baristas didn't even flinch. They were warm, funny, and easy going. The prices were great and the product was perfect. If I'm in Fontana again, I will be back!

This is a very cute place to stop by if you're in the Lake Geneva. They serve Anodyne coffee which I have not seen in the Chicago area; regardless, it tasted very fresh. I ordered a honey latte (forgot the name) and it was very smooth and delicious. I lounged here with my girlfriend on some comfortable couches, and had a great time. The place was voted the best coffee shop in the county, and the coffee mill delivers!

I am not a coffee drinker so please don't take my review too serious. I was urged to try coffee by my co-worker and caved. I am not really sure what it should taste like but it was okay not something I will get again, but the staff was so nice and helpful when I tried to explain I have never had coffee and they didn't treat me like crap. I will go back but just have a spiced carmel apple next time. Also, the shop has a great indoor space to work on your laptop and a very nice outdoor garden patio to sit and drink at as well.

I live in Milwaukee, but my wife's dad lives in Fontana, so we come to the lake Geneva area pretty often. The Coffee Mill definitely has best coffee in the area. They use Anodyne coffee; and from the several times I've been there, it has always tasted like they serve it freshly roasted. I haven't tried any espresso or milk based drinks, so I can't comment on those, but both the drip and the pour-over coffee was great! The staff is always really friendly and seem to really enjoying working there--which makes coming here all the more enjoyable. I don't love the decor/atmosphere, but altogether it is fitting.

Very cute local coffee place, always happy to support independent shops instead of the corporate places when I can. Prices are better than Starbucks, coffee tastier, employees overall seem more capable and friendly. I'm glad to have discovered them, and always stop in for a morning latte or afternoon iced coffee when I'm in town.

Love this coffee shop! They have a great atmosphere and awesome joe. My favorite is the Honey Bee latte, it's killer. Also, they help run a super fun farmers market on Saturdays, which is always good.

Cute local coffee place! They have a big, comfortable leather couch and chairs you can use while enjoying your coffee. I tried the Nutty Pedestrian, which was coffee, hazelnut and steamed half and half. Really good! They have classics like lattes and cappuccinos and specialty drinks like Honey Bee (honey and vanilla) and My Buddy (hazelnut and vanilla latte). Great place to read the paper and have some coffee! 245/365

Out of control good! Turtle mocha tastes like an egregious warm milkshake! Wonderful local atmosphere, highly recommend for anyone driving through the area!

What a great local coffee shop. There are many coffee drinks to choose from. My latte was delicious and came with a pretty little leaf pattern in the foam. Cute, comfy decor, lots to read, very good service and an owner and staff who seem genuinely happy to see you.
